Stray Shopping Carts Creating A Burden in Some Communities
Stray shopping carts are becoming a major problem for some communities. Cities and towns simply do not have the resources to collect and return arrant carts to the stores. If cities are forced to collect stray carts, they can impose fines on the retailer. Having thoughtfully placed cart corrals and cart retrieval straps on hand can greatly reduce the chance those carts end up on sidewalks and street corners.
